ROC Services

The ROC gives us additional leverage in assisting our clients in Luminate Home Loan’s national footprint.

  • DISCLOSURES
    • Delivery of initial mortgage application disclosures and redisclosures. Ensures compliance with regulatory rules and time frames.
  • APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT
    • Personal management of the placement and fulfillment of various types of orders with appraisal vendors
  • UNDERWRITING
    • Evaluation of residential mortgage applications and supporting documentation for credit resolutions in compliance with company, investor, and/or agency guidelines. Mentors and collaborates with production team members.
  • CLOSING/FUNDING
    • Prepare and deliver the initial closing disclosure (CD), balance CD with settlement vendor, prepare closing documents, wire funds, audit executed closing packages, and authorize the distribution of funds.
  • POST-CLOSING
    • Audit, ship, and clear pre-purchase conditions from aggregate investors, and pre-purchase condition trends are shared with ROC and production partners to mitigate loan delivery challenges.
  • LEADERSHIP
    • A dedicated group of leaders partnering with production leaders to grow the business, resolve challenges, and maintain a high-performing environment for the division.
