OUR HIRING PROCESS

We know this is one of the first things people ask themselves before applying for any job, and we know we’re no different. We’ve outlined our hiring process so you know what to expect from us during your application.

1. Interested In Learning More?

Get your resume updated, find the position you’d like to get and apply. It sounds so easy! But we know it’s easier said than done. Take your time to do so and fill out our online application when you’re ready. Once you’ve done it, you’ll get a confirmation email so you know we have received your request and that our recruiters will review your application soon.

2. Chat With Us

If our recruiting team thinks you could be a good fit to our team, they’ll contact you to schedule a phone call that should last around 30 minutes, where you get to talk a bit more about yourself and why you should be a part of our RCG Family.

If you applied for a technology or sales job, this is when you will take a skills test or coding challenge.

3. Meet With The Team

Our recruiters loved you! They let our team leaders know about you and now you’ll get to have an interview with them. They might invite other team members to the meeting, especially if you will be working closely with them.

The whole idea of this interview is really getting to know each other. Our recruiters determined that you are technically qualified for the job, but this is where we get to meet the real you. So don’t be afraid to be yourself.

4. Make A Decision

After the interview, our team leaders will discuss your application a bit further and we’ll get back to you. For real. If you’re a great match, congratulations! We will call and email you to extend an offer. And if you result to not be selected, we’ll also let you know through a call and an email, too.

5. Begin Your Journey

Things have changed in the past two years, and so have we. Our onboarding is now interactive and virtual, so you’ll get everything you need before your first day. We’ll mail you all the equipment you’ll need to do your job, we’ll email you step-by-step instructions on how to set up your new equipment, and we’ll be constantly in touch with you to make sure you have everything you need and are ready to start to work with us.

Your First Day

Depending on your position, the first day at RCG may be different for everybody. If you will be working onsite, you’ll have to attend to an in-person, 3-day orientation. If you will be working remotely, you’ll have to attend to a virtual, 3-day orientation, via Zoom. However, all of these and further steps will be clarified during your onboarding before your first day.
